Boys' and girls' youth training provides speed and agility as well as fitness classes. 

 

Youth need regular opportunities to be physically active. BPP offers safe, age-appropriate physical activity outside of school hours. Strength training is a crucial aspect of the development of a youth athlete. Along with the physical attributes that strength training builds, the non-physical characteristics are just as, if not more, important.
