Running Back Training

Athletes develop:

  • Sharp change‑of‑direction and cone‑cutting skills

  • Agility ladder footwork for rhythm, balance, and quickness

  • Backpedal and transition control for reactive movement

  • Acceleration and burst mechanics to hit the hole with power

  • Ball security habits under pressure

  • Field awareness and decision‑making to read blocks confidently

With hands‑on coaching and game‑speed technique, athletes learn to run harder, move smarter, and perform at their highest level.

  • Backpedal mechanics for smooth, controlled transitions

  • Hip‑flip and change‑of‑direction work to stay tight in coverage

  • Read‑and‑break reaction drills to close space and attack the ball

  • Press and off‑man technique with proper leverage and hand placement

  • Agility and speed development for explosive first steps and recovery

Led by detail‑driven coaches, this program prepares defensive backs to play faster, smarter, and more confidently in every coverage situation.
