Professional and Personalized
Sport Yoga is for beginners to the strength athlete and everyone in between. We offer a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga styles customized to the student's needs for the day. For example, if clients are experiencing tightness in the hips or hamstrings, we will focus on hip flexibility. If energy is low, the class will be straight Hatha style. If clients want a more challenging course, we'll adjust to a Power Yoga style.
1-on-1 Yoga Lessons
While our instructor will make every effort to provide individual attention to each client in class, private group training focuses exclusively on your unique strengths and weaknesses to maximize your results better.
